Paul was lovely. He came for a quote initially and spoke sensibly and realistically about the job and what it would entail and any potential issues. On the day, he arrived on time and, with his colleague, they did an excellent job. Both were very friendly and polite. They left the area neat and tidy at the end. They had to work from our neighbours garden and left that as it was found.
